Daisuke KUBOTAChief Executive Officer / President

Born in 1980 in Osaka. Daisuke holds an MBA degree from the Graduate School of Management, Globis University.
After spending his early careers at Application Development for Construction Industry and an SE Vendor, Daisuke became an independent engineer.
At the age of 25, he joined a DS Finder as COO. In 2010, he founded Nicosys to accelerate the growth of Japanese companies' overseas businesses by building E-Commerce and Cloud Application infrastructure for clients. Realizing the importance of globalization, he built Base81 - a Japan-launched global media site. He is also an Executive Director at the REVO Company. (https://www.revocompany.co.jp/)

Hirofumi HAGIYAMAExecutive Director

Born in 1983, Osaka, Japan.
In 2007, joined a company specializing in the development of POS systems for hot spring and spa facilities.
In 2008, took charge of operations and maintenance for a global financial system.
In 2013, engaged in a wide range of system development projects across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, video streaming, and real estate.
In 2025, appointed as a Director of Nicosys, and continues to serve in this role to the present.

Kenichi HIGASHIExecutive Director

Born in 1978 in Osaka, Japan.
In 1998, Kenichi started working in a system development company.
In 2002, he established a company with his friends.
In 2005, he became independent from the company and worked in various projects as a freelancer.
In 2019, he made a corporation to expand his business and became Chief Executive Officer.
In January 2023, he joined Nicosys's Executive team.

Yoshiki MATSUMOTOExecutive Director

Born in 2000 in Nagano, Japan
Yoshiki joined Nicosys Inc. in 2019.
After involving many projects, he quit Nicosys and established his own company in 2021.
In January 2023, he became a member of Nicosys's Executive team.
